What does the starting price include?
Talnyx professionals are priced at $14 per hour. Recruitment, employment administration, Employer of Record (EOR) and any additional services are not automatically included in the hourly rate — they are specified separately in your proposal or agreement.
Do you offer part-time and full-time staffing?
Yes. You can hire a dedicated professional part-time at 20 hours a week or full-time at 40 hours a week. Custom setups are available if you need multiple roles or specific schedules.
How are candidates vetted?
We start with the role — responsibilities, tools and outcomes — then screen for professionals whose background fits. Candidates are reviewed for relevant skills and experience, and for how they communicate and present themselves, before they reach your shortlist.
Do you provide EOR and employment administration?
Yes. Employer of Record (EOR) services are available for $500, subject to your employment arrangement and agreement. EOR is not included in the $14 hourly rate. Through EOR, Talnyx can handle employment administration such as contracts, payroll, applicable tax requirements, statutory compliance and onboarding.
What happens if a candidate is not the right fit?
Talnyx offers a 7-day replacement window, subject to the conditions set out in your client agreement.
Can the professional work exclusively with my agency?
Each assistant is assigned to one specific client as a dedicated team member. Your client agreement defines their working hours, responsibilities and any exclusivity requirements that apply.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your service by giving 14 days’ written notice, subject to your agreement.
